On December 20, 1846, New Year’s Creek Baptist Church was founded near Brenham. In 1851, the church  moved to Brenham where it has continued a legacy of ministering to people as Brenham’s First Baptist Church for 160 years!  What an incredible journey of faithful men and women for generations!

It is in that same spirit of adventure and mission, that BFBC continues to serve our Lord, community, and world. Jesus commanded us to make disciples of all nations and as a family of worshippers and servants, we are actively demonstrating His transforming power to everyone we meet.
