A Word From Our Music Minister...

It is often asked - What is the chief end of man? Or, what in the world are we doing here?  Many ask that question and have no answer. The early church came to the conclusion that...

Man's chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy Him forever.

This is at the very heart of our worship here at Brenham's First Baptist Church. We enjoy our time on Sunday mornings when we come together to worship as a body, and to participate in God's revelation of Himself through worship and His Word.

We have two worship services, each with it's own music and worship style, with the intention and goal of bringing each participant to the throne of God. Desiring authentic worship, we celebrate the worship styles of the past, present, and yes even the future, as each generation responds to Him. We are a church body that is growing together and the Worship and Music Ministry's goal is to facilitate that growth and nurture each individual's personal relationship with God.

The Worship and Music Ministry page on our website will be a source of information and a tool for you.  From time to time, we will share personal thoughts from those involved in the worship and music ministry. We really hope to equip and challenge you to worship God in spirit and in truth! Please know that we are available to answer any questions you might have about the ministry.
